Three-four months to analyze the IT function, measure its costs, gather all the information required to make an objective and well-documented judgement of service quality, its critical aspects, improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Our work ends with a presentation of assessment results, during which actions aimed at improving services and curbing costs are suggested.

EXECUTION

Full or partial implementation of the recommendations made at the end of the assessment. This may include several activities: calls for tenders, outsourcing of services, reorganization of internal processes and information flows, selection and implementation of new IT platforms, increase of technological systems reliability...
